This privacy policy explains how personal data collected through this website is processed, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

What data is collected
Data is collected only when you fill in the contact form. It includes:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name (optional)
- Existing website URL (optional)
- Budget
- The content of your message
No account is created and no data is collected without your action.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to respond to your request and to discuss a possible project. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box before sending the form.
Form processing and recipients
The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.), which forwards your message to Marcos Meneghetti. The message is then delivered to an email inbox hosted by IONOS SE (Montabaur, Germany). Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Conversational assistant (chatbot)
The site provides a conversational assistant (chatbot). If you choose to leave your details, we collect your first name, your email address and the content of your conversation, for the sole purpose of replying to your request and discussing a possible project. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (pre-contractual step): you provide this information voluntarily so that we can get back to you.
To operate, the assistant relies on the following processors: OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) to generate replies, Google LLC (Google Sheets, United States) to record requests, and an automation server (n8n) hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Transfers to the United States are covered by the Data Privacy Framework, to which OpenAI and Google adhere. Your data is never sold or used for advertising. Please do not share sensitive information through the chat.
Requests received through the assistant are kept for 3 years from your last contact, then deleted. You have the same rights as described below, by writing to marcos@dev2motion.com.
