- The content of your message
No account is created and no data is collected without your action.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to respond to your request and to discuss a possible project. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box before sending the form.
Form processing and recipients
The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.), which forwards your message to Marcos Meneghetti. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Your data is kept for 3 years from your last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact marcos@dev2motion.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
